This itinerary follows Tourite Safaris’ client-supplied programme and can be tailored around your dates, interests and preferred pace.
Pick up from your Nairobi hotel at 6a.m and transfer to Wilson Airport for a morning flight to Tsavo West. Arrive and be met by camp’s guide who transfers you to the camp with a game drive en route. Later have another game drive at 4p.m.
Have morning and afternoon game drives and sun downer on this day.
Have early breakfast, transfer to the airstrip for a flight to Nairobi departing at 8.30a.m. Arrive in Nairobi at 9.50a.m and connect with a 10.15a.m flight to Mara. Upon landing, be met by camp’s guide and transfer to the camp for lunch. Afternoon game drive is at 4p.m.
Have two game drives; pre-breakfast and after lunch. There is an option this morning for an early morning hot air balloon safari (at an extra cost). Depart the camp at 5.15am to the Balloon Safari take off site. This is 1 hour ride above the plains of the Mara. On landing enjoy a champagne-bush breakfast; freshly cooked in the middle of the Mara plains. Thereafter, have a game drive back to camp. Spend the morning relaxing before lunch at the camp. An afternoon game drive is at 4p.m.
Have two game drives; pre-breakfast and after lunch.
Have an early morning game-drive at sunrise, followed by breakfast at the camp. Thereafter be transferred to the airstrip for a mid-morning flight to Nairobi. Have lunch at Carnivore Restaurant and later be dropped at your hotel or airport.
